  3. Physiologically Impossible: Starving yourself only worsens the problem of fat because once you come off the diet your body begins to prepare itself for the next time you place it in a famine state. Bottom line - you get fatter. It's simply physiologically impossible for you to lose weight and keep it off using these types of methods.

  1. Eat breakfast every day.
  2. Eat 4-6 meals every day.
  3. Drink the appropriate amount of water every day
