Quick Weight Loss Plan


Do any of these quick weight loss plan headlines sound familiar? "Lose 20 Pounds in 3 Weeks", "Lose 3 pounds a Day", "Lose 9 Pounds Every 11 Days". These are actual ad headlines from weight loss plans currently on the internet that promise quick weight loss. But, is it really possible to lose the weight some of these quick weight loss plans advertise? The answer is yes…and no.

While you will experience weight loss with any of these quick weight loss plans, the real question becomes, can you keep the weight off? And the answer to that question is that it is highly unlikely. In fact over 40 years of research has demonstrated over and over again that only about 5% are successful at losing weight AND keeping it off.

Here's why a quick weight loss plan isn't the best answer for you.

Sudden and radical changes in your eating patterns are difficult to sustain over time, say the experts.
